NORFOLK, Va. – At the 2019 United States Collegiate Athletic Association (USCAA) National Convention earlier this month Christendom College was presented the inaugural President’s Cup Award based on the academic strength of the athletic program.
The Crusaders came away with 2.3 points to edge out St. Mary of the Woods College (4.0) and Penn State DuBois (4.67) to round out the top three.
This award is determined by the average score in three categories: total team/program GPA, individual team GPA for the top 5 teams, and then the total number of Academic All-Americans.
